Perform archana with red flowers and kumkum. The tradition here specifically includes the "Kamakshi Mangalya Puja" for couples seeking conception.
Step 6
The Incoming Soul Practice
This is the devotional practice most often skipped — but reported as most meaningful. Each Pournami (full moon): both partners sit outside, face the moon, and speak aloud to the soul they are calling in. Name the values you will teach. Describe the home you are preparing. This practice shifts the energy from "trying to get pregnant" to "welcoming a person" — a profound reframe that many fertility therapists independently recommend.
Step 7
Lifestyle as Preparation
Pre-conception: no alcohol or tobacco (both partners), warm cooked food, regular sleep schedule, reduced screen time after 9pm. Yoga: Viparita Karani (legs up wall) 15 minutes daily after ovulation window. These are both traditional Ayurvedic recommendations and consistent with modern fertility evidence.
Step 8
After Conception — Returning with Gratitude
