Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Guide Products

Master Guides are digital products delivered immediately upon payment. Because the content is available instantly, we follow a selective refund policy:

  • Refund eligible: If the guide content is materially different from what was described on the purchase page, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Not refund eligible: Change of mind, dissatisfaction with spiritual outcomes, or inability to visit the recommended temple.
  • Duplicate payments: If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

To request a refund, email support@journeychoice.org with your order number and reason within 7 days of purchase.

Sadhana Programs

Sadhana program cancellation and refund terms are provided at the time of enrollment. Generally:

  • Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of enrollment and the program has not started.
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days and fewer than 3 sessions have been delivered.
  • No refund after 7 days or after 3 or more sessions have been delivered.

Guided Yatra Bookings

Yatra bookings through Vihar Tours are subject to a separate cancellation policy provided at time of booking. Yatra cancellations depend on vendor commitments, accommodation bookings, and timing relative to the departure date. The specific cancellation schedule will be included in your booking agreement.

In general: cancellations more than 30 days before departure receive the highest refund percentage; cancellations within 7 days of departure may receive no refund due to committed vendor costs.

Payment Failures

If your payment failed but your card was charged, the charge will be automatically reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If it is not reversed, contact us with your bank reference number.
