3. Payment Data
Payments are processed by Razorpay. JourneyChoice does not store credit card or debit card numbers. We store only the transaction reference, payment status, and amount required for order management and refund processing.

By purchasing a guide, you consent to receiving a delivery confirmation and support CTA. For ongoing WhatsApp or email nurture communications, explicit opt-in is required. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or clicking unsubscribe in email.
5. Data Retention
We retain your purchase records for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. We retain communication data for 2 years. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data by contacting us at privacy@journeychoice.org.
