JourneyChoice (journeychoice.org) is a spiritual guidance and devotional information platform. We connect individuals with temple traditions, devotional protocols, and guided spiritual resources based on their stated life concerns. Guided yatra fulfillment is provided through Vihar Tours.

JourneyChoice does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. Our content is based on traditional devotional practice, cultural belief systems, and documented religious tradition.

2. Products and Services

JourneyChoice sells digital guide products ("Master Guides") that document temple traditions, ritual protocols, preparation requirements, and devotional next steps for specific spiritual concerns.

Guides are delivered digitally after successful payment. They are informational products based on traditional practice. They do not guarantee any spiritual, financial, medical, legal, or personal outcome.

Guided yatra bookings and sadhana programs are separate services with their own terms and agreements provided at time of booking.

3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. JourneyChoice does not store payment card information.

Upon successful payment, you receive access to the purchased guide. Access is granted to the email address used at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Please see our Refund Policy page for complete details. Guides are digital products. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase where the content is materially different from what was described.

JourneyChoice does not provide and does not intend to provide medical advice, psychological counseling, legal advice, or financial advice. Nothing on this platform should be construed as such.

Temple traditions, ritual protocols, and devotional guidance are based on religious belief and cultural practice. Spiritual outcomes depend on individual belief, sincerity, karma, and circumstances that are beyond the control of any guide, platform, or service provider.
