Step 1
Begin the couple sankalpa together

Carry both partners names and nakshatras if known. Also carry humility: do not treat the temple as a replacement for diagnosis, treatment, or medical timing. The prayer should ask for grace to work through every appropriate channel.

Offer the cradle with full attention

Complete archana in both names
The archana should include both partners, because the prayer belongs to the couple. If one partner is absent, state that honestly in the sankalpa. Include the family lineage prayer only if it is sincere and not pressured by elders.
Step 7
Observe the 40-day mandalam
For 40 days after the visit, keep a daily lamp, Tuesday prayer, and gentle speech discipline. Do not turn the practice into daily anxiety about results. The mandalam is a womb of patience, devotion, and emotional repair.
